The Nomad Kitchen Original Series offers a complete, vehicle-mounted kitchen with everything you need for outdoor cooking. It features a spacious compartment for a two-burner stove, durable storage options, a stainless steel washbasin for easy cleaning, and a bamboo cutting board for food prep. With the optional faucet, this slide-out kitchen system transforms your vehicle into a mobile kitchen, perfect for overlanding, camping, and tailgating adventures.

Compact and light weight for Versatile Fit

Designed to fit a wide range of vehicles, the Nomad Kitchen Original Series is compact and lightweight. At just 25" deep, 20" wide, and 14" high, it fits perfectly behind the rear seats of most SUVs, crossovers, and wagons, while also being ideal for cargo vans and trailers. Weighing only 56 lbs. for the kitchen and 26 lbs. for the Pantry Drawer, it won’t overload your vehicle, yet it’s strong enough to support up to 200 lbs. inside and 400 lbs. on top of each unit—making it perfect for adventurers seeking convenience without compromising vehicle capacity.

The Original Series Pantry Drawers offer modular, customizable configurations to suit any vehicle setup. Each drawer includes ample storage space, removable dividers, and a slidable countertop.

 

Available in two widths (standard 20" or narrow 17" for vehicles like the Wrangler and G-Wagon) and two heights (7" or 14"), these drawers can be stacked or placed on top of or under the kitchen to create a fully functional and versatile tailgating, camping, or overlanding kitchen system.

A note about pickup trucks and cargo vans: you can install the Nomad Kitchen in any pickup bed or cargo van, however, we recommend installing additional tie-down anchors into the bed of your truck or floor of your van for better positioning and a more secure fit. We also recommend the Nomad Kitchen LT for pickup trucks. You can find more details on what it takes to install tie-down anchors into a pickup truck or cargo van on our FAQs Page.

The Original Kitchen will fit additional smaller vehicles with the rear 60% seat folded down. The Nomad Kitchen Nano is recommended for smaller vehicles or if you are looking for a base to a bed platform.

Make sure your vehicle has metal anchor points that connect to the body of your vehicle. If your vehicle comes with plastic anchor points they will need to be replaced with metal screw-on anchors.
